About the Company:
Co. provides auto salvage and auction services. 13 locations serving GA, KY, NC and TN.
Responsibilities Include: The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing day to day operations and supervising administrative staff inside the office and lot personnel outside. The Assistant Manager is also expected to perform any task inside or outside the office when other staff is out of the office. Assistant Managers are hired with the expectation that they will be promoted to an Operations Manager. Promotions to full Operations Manager may require transfer to another office.
Requirements:
Four-year college degree required, preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Automotive background or strong automotive interest preferred.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Energetic person willing to do the work as well as supervise.
Cooperative; must work well with employees and customers.
Good multi-tasking skills well organized.
Professional demeanor
