PRE-LICENSE CLASS FEE: $95 PER PERSON

As required by Georgia O.C.G.A code 681-11.01, all applicants for a new dealers license, as defined in the used car board rules and is described in Chapter 681-12, prior to obtaining licensure as a used motor vehicle dealer are required to attend a board approved seminar. GIADA's board approved seminars teaches dealer candidates how to get a dealers license and comply with the state and federal rules, regulations and laws governing the auto industry.

For dealer candidates joining GIADA, the association offers complete assistance in preparing your used vehicle dealer application for approval, selecting all the forms needed to operate a used car dealership, discounted services and products and complete new dealer one-on-one consultation services. All new dealer application paperwork is provided. New dealer start-up consultation and for one year. Securing proper liability insurance and license bond. Review photographs of sign and facility. Completion of Sales Tax Application. Make sure that your entire application is complete to avoid rejections. Rejected applications could delay your license approval for several weeks. We have a professional relationship with the Used Car Board and can help you work through most issues.
